THE PROCESS What types of artwork do you accept?
LolliesGalore accepts both digital and printed photographs which are not subject to copyright infringement. Please do not ask us to print your favorite character, photo from a book, magazine, website, etc. for which we do not have licensing or copyright. Digital photos and artwork are, of course, easiest to work with and will be processed faster. Quality is of the utmost importance when printing. The better the quality of the original image, the better the image will appear on the chocolate or hard candy.
Digital photos should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or greater. Photos that are less than that quality, have been resized to that quality from a lower dpi, dark photos, blurry photos are difficult to use. Just remember: what you give will be what you receive. We accept the following formats:

What if I don't have a photo, do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Send us an email, and we will work with you to create a one of a kind, memorable creation for your event or special gift.
How long does it take to have my chocolate or hard candy printed?
Once we receive your artwork, either by email or snail mail, the proof has been approved by you and your order has been paid, we will begin the printing process. Depending on the size of the order and time of year (the holidays are always busy for special gift ideas such as these), normal turnaround time (from approval of proof to shipment date) is 3 days. However, during busier times or with larger orders, turnaround time will likely be greater than 3 days.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are accepted for a 15% premium. When ordering, please use the coupon code "RUSH", and we will attempt to get your order out within 24 hours. We do reserve the right to not accept rush orders during busy times, in order to be fair to other customers.
SHIPPING POLICY ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
We ship our chocolate products overnight, so they get the best handling possible. We calculate the shipping online at the time of ordering and carefully package your chocolates to arrive in the best condition.
During summer months when the temperature can raise above 85 degrees, we will include a $10 surcharge for extra shipping costs, such as ice packs.

Our chocolate products are not made with nuts.
By definition, our milk chocolate products contain dairy products.
The chocolate, inks and the process we use have been certified KOSHER. Email us if you would like a copy of the kosher certificates.
SAMPLES
Because we would be overwhelmed with free sample requests, we do not offer free samples of our products.
